Amy F. Miller is an associate at Lee Smart. Her practice includes all aspects of civil defense litigation including construction defect, professional negligence, medical malpractice and personal injury claims.
Ms. Miller earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Washington in 2005, where she obtained Dean’s List Honors. She graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2008. While attending law school, Ms. Miller served as the Business and Marketing Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review, as well as a student class representative for the Student Bar Association. Ms. Miller assisted in writing “Adding Injury to Injury: Inadequate Protection for the Property of Tenant's During Eviction and the Need for Reform,” published in the Loyola University Chicago School of Law Consumer Law Review in March of 2008.
Ms. Miller’s professional memberships include the Washington State Bar Association and King County Bar Association.
