Ms. Bixel is an associate at Lee Smart . Her practice emphasizes all aspects of civil litigation. She graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2000. After graduation she worked for Han & Associates where she practiced immigration law, then worked for the Law Offices of Hal J. Geiersbach, where she managed the firm's contract for public defense in the City of Federal Way. She was responsible for overseeing all aspects of defense for the indigent people in the Federal Way Municipal Court.

Ms. Bixel is a judge pro tem in the Black Diamond Municipal Court. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the United States District Court for the Western District .
