Ms. Gauri Shrotriya Locker is an associate with Lee Smart. Her practice emphasizes all aspects of civil litigation. She graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2002 and earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2005. While in law school, she served as the Note and Comment Editor for the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, was on the Moot Court Governing Board, and represented student tenants in housing and lease disputes against local landlords.
Ms. Shrotriya Locker has acted as a mediator, has served on a state Supreme Court committee in Ohio targeted at increasing access to legal services, and has also completed a post-graduate fellowship in the field of International Dispute Resolution.
Prior to working for Lee Smart, Gauri worked at Farmers Insurance's litigation office in Bellevue, Washington, and was a trial attorney for the Snohomish County Public Defender's Association in Everett, Washington. Ms. Shrotriya Locker is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Washington, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the State of Michigan.
