Ms. Pelletier is an associate at Lee Smart. Her practice emphasizes product liability, premises liability, construction defect, commercial claims, and personal injury litigation. Ms. Pelletier graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina Wesleyan College in 1991 and from Arizona State University College of Law in 1998. After graduation, she worked for two years at the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office, where she was lead counsel on approximately 200 indicted felony cases. While there, Ms. Pelletier attended the Western Institute Trial College co-founded by Gerry Spence. Prior to working for Lee Smart, Ms. Pelletier worked at Herzog and O'Connor in Scottsdale, Arizona and at Farmers Insurance litigation offices in Portland, Oregon and Bellevue, Washington. Ms. Pelletier is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Arizona State Bar Association, and the United States District Court of Arizona.
