Jon Minear is an associate at Lee Smart. Mr. Minear earned his Bachelor Degree in Political Science from Emory University in 2003 and graduated with honors from Seattle University School of Law in 2008. While at Seattle University, he was selected to be a Note & Comment Editor of the Law Review. After graduation, he spent two years as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Marywave Van Deren in Division II of the Washington Court of Appeals.

His practice includes all aspects of civil defense litigation including construction defect, professional negligence, medical malpractice, and personal-injury claims. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
