Mr. Guadagno is an associate with Lee Smart. His practice emphasizes all aspects of civil defense litigation, including construction law and professional malpractice. In 1999, he earned his B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he also studied at the London School of Economics and worked as an Overseas Research Associate for the British House of Commons. In 2003, he graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law and earned his Masters in International Business from the Seattle University Albers School of Business and Economics. While attending law school, Mr. Guadagno took first place in three moot court competitions, including the ATLA Regional Student Trial Advocacy Competition in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Guadagno is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court-Western District of Washington.
