Mark A. Horey is an associate at Lee Smart. His practice includes all aspects of insurance defense litigation. Mr. Horey graduated from Seattle University in 1994, and worked at Microsoft for several years before attending law school. Mr. Horey earned his J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law in 2002. After law school, Mr. Horey worked for more than three years as staff counsel for Geico Insurance. He also worked as an associate in the Seattle office of Eisenhower & Carlson PLLC, where his practice focused on civil litigation.
Mr. Horey is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District
