Mary E. DePaolo is an associate with Lee Smart. Ms. DePaolo graduated from Seattle University in 1995 with a B.A. in History. Ms. DePaolo received her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2000 where she was a member of the Moot Court Council, earned first place in the Gillespie Trial Competition, was awarded Dean’s Leadership Honors and interned for the Federal Defenders of Eastern Washington & Idaho.

Ms. DePaolo’s practice emphasizes on the defense of construction, professional-liability, and employment claims. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Washington Women Lawyers, and the National Association of Women in Construction. Ms. DePaolo is admitted to practice in the state of Washington and in the Federal District Court, Eastern and Western Divisions of Washington.
