Melody A. Retallack is an associate at Lee Smart. Her practice includes all areas of civil litigation. Ms. Retallack earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Washington in 2004 and graduated from the University of Dayton Law School in 2008. While attending law school, Ms. Retallack was awarded the CALI Award for academic achievement in Civil Trial Practice.
Ms. Retallack is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Washington State Association for Justice.
