Mr. Scott Wong is an associate with Lee Smart. His practice emphasizes all aspects of civil litigation. Mr. Wong graduated from Washington University in 1995, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. He also obtained his M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. As a licensed Professional Engineer, Mr. Wong has designed and managed the construction of structures located across the nation, from Kentucky to Hawaii. From 1997 to 2005, he managed the construction of millions of square feet of office, retail, residential and military space. In 2008, Mr. Wong obtained his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Washington Law Review . Mr. Wong is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
