Tim Shea is an associate at Lee Smart. Mr. Shea graduated from the University of Washington in 2003, with a degree in political science, and then earned his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2007. While at Gonzaga, Mr. Shea was a member of the Moot Court Honors Council and competed on two national appellate advocacy teams: the Conrad B. Duberstein National Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition team, and the National Appellate Advocacy Competition team. During law school, Mr. Shea also clerked for Winston & Cashatt P.S. in Spokane and clerked for Spokane County Superior Court Judge Jerome J. Leveque.
Mr. Shea's practice emphasizes all aspects of civil defense and insurance defense litigation. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in the Western District.
