Timothy J. Repass is an associate at Lee Smart. His practice emphasizes civil litigation defense, primarily representing developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction and contract disputes. He also practices in the areas of professional malpractice, medical malpractice and premises liability. Mr. Repass graduated from the University of Washington in 1999, where he received Dean’s List honors. He received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2006. Prior to joining Lee Smart, Mr. Repass represented clients in matters involving construction defect and other construction disputes, corporate dissolution, contract disputes and other complex civil litigation.

Mr. Repass is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
