Ms. Young is of counsel at Lee Smart. She previously was counsel for St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. for eight years. Donna is an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive insurance-defense experience. Ms. Young earned a B.A. from Hartwick College in Oneonta , N.Y. , graduating cum laude in Political Science and Spanish. She received her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1983. Ms. Young has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 1986. The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory has conferred a "BV" rating on Ms. Young.
