insurance defense firm, and it continues today to concentrate its

Lee Smart has defended many municipalities and more than 40 school

against claims of harassment, wrongful discharge, whistleblower,
and discrimination claims, before federal and state courts, the
EEOC, Office of Civil Rights and other state and administrative
agencies.
