Mr. Patterson is a senior shareholder in the firm practicing as a litigation attorney. He has tried to a verdict over 100 cases in state and federal courts in New York and Washington. He has also argued over 20 cases in appellate courts in state and federal courts in New York and Washington.

Mr. Patterson received his B.A. degree in Political Science at Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington, graduating magna cum laude in 1969. Thereafter, he attended the University of Notre Dame Law School, earning his J.D. degree in 1972. In 1977, he attended New York University, New York, New York, and received his Masters of Law degree. He is a member of the New York State and Washington State Bar Associations, as well as the International Association of Defense Counsel and Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association.

In addition to being currently rated by Martindale-Hubbell as an "AV" rated attorney, Mike was voted one of the Top 20 Trial Lawyers by Judges in Western Washington in 1992, he is listed in The National Registry of Who’s Who and was selected as a Super Lawyer in the year 2000 by American Law and Politics.
