Mr. Wraith is a shareholder with Lee Smart. He joined the firm in 1987 and has practiced insurance defense litigation since then. Mr. Wraith's litigation practice emphasizes construction site claims, including building and design defect, personal injury, death, economic loss and property damage. He has also defended product liability, toxic tort and environmental claims, including asbestos personal injury and property damage defense. He is a member of the firm's insurance coverage and appellate teams.
Mr. Wraith received his undergraduate degree in Economics
from Washington State University and his law degree from the
Seattle University School of Law in 1987. He is member of
the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice
in the U.S. District Courts in Washington and the Ninth Circuit
Court of Appeals. Mr. Wraith’s professional memberships
include the King County Bar Association, The Defense Research
Institute and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association.
The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory conferred a "BV" rating on Mr. Wraith.
