Dallas Aguilera Martinez (they/he) is an Associate with Lee Smart P.S., Inc. Dallas works diligently across all areas of civil litigation defense. He prides himself on providing client-centered service and being a trusted advisor through complex legal matters.
They volunteer in several capacities, from providing mentorship to underrepresented, newly admitted attorneys with the Joint Minority Mentorship Program, to coaching youth soccer.
He is a spouse, parent, and owner of two shepherd mix rescues. In their free time, Dallas enjoys being on the water, hiking, and camping. They also love finding new local galleries, shops, and restaurants to explore.
Prior to joining Lee Smart P.S., Inc., Dallas practiced law in the field of civil legal aid with a local statewide non-profit. This included assisting clients from the LGBTQIA+ communities, including organizational leaders, small businesses, and industry stakeholders. Dallas was also Principal and Owner of a boutique law firm that focused legal services on criminal law and small business support.
Dallas double-majored in Psychology and Human Rights, with a Public Policy track, from Southern Methodist University in 2014. He went on to Arizona Summit Law School and received his J.D. in 2016. They have accomplished 40 hours of mediation training, receiving a Mediation Certification. Dallas is also a 2024 WSBA Washington Leadership Institute program graduate.
