Karen is an experienced litigation attorney with an extensive background in insurance defense. Her many accomplishments include a published opinion regarding her successful defense of a Motion for Summary Judgement (Washington Shoe Company v. A to Z) in the Western District of Washington. In addition to her expertise in insurance defense Karen has previous successes involving intellectual property disputes. She is licensed in Washington, California and Nevada and has experience practicing in each of these States. She is passionate about those she represents and is always willing to go the extra mile in the pursuit of positive outcomes for her clients. When she is not advocating on behalf of her clients, Karen loves outdoor sports, playing board games and spending time with her family and loved ones.
