Kyle’s practice includes all areas of civil defense litigation. While in law school, Kyle was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for academic achievement in litigation skills.
Kyle's experience includes these notable cases:
- Washington Veterinary Board of Governor’s v. Veterinarian: Dismissal of administrative action against a veterinarian’s license where the complainant alleged lack of informed consent for treatment provided
- Private Plaintiff v. Telecommunications Provider; Excavator: Favorable verdict after two week trial on damages arising out of an underground dig (RCW 19.122). Obtained directed verdict dismissal of the telecommunications company and the plaintiff was awarded only a small fraction of the damages sought.
- Humberstone v. GDS: Favorable verdict in a dispute stemming from the termination of a shareholder in a closely held company. Plaintiff sought $3.4M and the jury awarded him less than 0.5% of alleged damages.
