Overview
Mary’s practice includes a range of civil defense litigation. Prior to joining Lee Smart, Mary worked as a judicial clerk in Spokane, WA, with Division Three of the Washington State Court Appeals.
Mary graduated from Denison University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During her time at Denison, Mary swam distance freestyle for the Women’s Varsity Swim & Dive Team. Mary earned her JD from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2021. During law school, she interned at a patent prosecution firm and involved herself in other intellectual property related pursuits, including the Saul Lefkowitz National Trademark Moot Court.
When she is not in the office, Mary enjoys taking advantage of everything the PNW has to offer—hiking, skiing, running, and water activities.
