Oscar A. Trinidad

Oscar takes a straight forward approach towards civil litigation with an emphasis on solid communication with his clients. He has experience with both civil and criminal law and has worked on numerous cases from beginning to resolution. In his spare time, Oscar is a dedicated Jiu Jitsu practitioner and instructor who is close to achieving his black belt. With an emphasis on justice and a love for the courtroom Oscar brings an intense passion to Lee Smart and to defending his clients.

Before joining Lee Smart, Oscar worked for the City of Everett Prosecuting Attorney’s office where he gained valuable courtroom experience and assisted the City in prosecuting numerous criminal cases. Since working on the civil side, Oscar has now argued in court for numerous motions and frequently argues in arbitration hearings.
