Devon's practice spans a range of civil defense litigation. Before joining Lee Smart, Devon practiced administrative law and worked as a public defender.
Devon graduated from Whitworth University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Before law school, he earned his MBA from Gonzaga's Graduate School of Business.
During law school Devon was runner up in the Client Counseling Competition, participated in the Linden Cup Appellate Advocacy Competition, and was a member of the inaugural Civil Rights Moot Court Team.
He interned with the Spokane County Public Defender's Office and the Unemployment Law Project.
When he is not in the office, Devon enjoys playing chess, running, and photography.
