Matthew has practiced civil litigation and dispute resolution and represented clients in the areas of
debtor/creditor laws, residential real estate, community associations, personal injury, and premises
liability. Matthew first realized his desire to practice litigation when he competed at the International
Environmental Moot Court Competition on his law school team in Washington DC in 2013.
Prior to joining Lee Smart, Matthew worked at small and mid-size firms providing primarily Plaintiff’s
side representation in litigation and dispute resolution.
