PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE DISMISSED

Jeffrey P. Downer and James B. Edward won a motion to dismiss in Erickson v. Huber, et al. in the United States District Court: Eastern District of Washington. Plaintiff, a pro se litigant in an estate matter, sued the judge, opposing counsel, the personal representative, and the sheriff. She alleged the parties were conspiring to discriminate against her and defraud her of estate property. Jeff and James filed a motion to dismiss the claims against their client, the personal representative of the estate. After reviewing the motion, the Court dismissed all Plaintiff’s causes of action against Jeff and James’s client without the need for a hearing. The Court did not grant leave to amend, and the federal claims were dismissed with prejudice.
