Claims against the client were dismissed on summary judgment, with the court accepting that the client had a valid and enforceable mark. As to the client’s counterclaims, liability was also established on dispositive motions, and a trial was set for damages. The business day before trial, the opposing party stipulated to an agreed judgment against it in the amount of $200,000.
