DOH v. Practioner – Dismissal of a Department of Health, Dental Quality Assurance Commission, Statement of Charges following a hearing in which the Commission had alleged there was an insufficient basis for the treatment provided.
DOH v. Practioner – Reversal by the Court of Appeals of a Dental Quality Assurance Commission Order following a three-day hearing that found the dentist engaged in unprofessional conduct, which resulted in a suspension of the dentist’s license. The dentist’s license was reinstated and his record was cleared of all wrongdoing.
DOH v. Practioner – Successful defense at a hearing on a Statement of Charges alleging treatment below the standard of care. All charges were dismissed.
