Daniel C. Mooney obtained summary judgment dismissal of a legal malpractice claim in Wood v. Attorney. Plaintiffs sued their former attorney, alleging malpractice in a case against a home builder and in a subsequent bad faith action against their insurer. Dan successfully obtained summary judgment based on Plaintiffs’ failure to properly effect service of process within the statute of limitations.
